Remove the Firestore_SwiftTests_iOS target (#5458)

The tests in this target are already covered by
Firestore_IntegrationTests_iOS and also run on the other platforms
through the other platform variants of this target.

Also remove an explicit override of CLANG_WARN_COMMA in the
Firestore_Example_macOS target. This should have been cleaned up earlier
--no other targets have this setting.
